She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Catherine Garrett (Crombie); and her brothers, Charles and Howard Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Toyberg of Easton, PA, Wendy Beisner (Dirk) of Three Bridges, NJ and James M. Ferrone (Andrea) of Flemington, NJ; her siblings, Edward Garrett (Pat) and Jean Sharrock of Mission Viejo, CA; and her grandchildren, Emily (Ben Lippert), Evan Toyberg, Becca Toyberg, Michael Beisner and Joshua Beisner.
Donations can be made in Peggy's name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Heart Association.
