She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Blake, Shae, Charlie and Calvin; her granddaughter Alllison May; her great grandchild Lena; her grandchildren, Jake Forktus and Sandi Forktus-Fulghum (Davey); and her children, Katie, Mackenzie and Triangle Rd.
