She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Michalak and Martin Michalak; her brother Timothy; her grandmothers, Jan Hayduck and Joan Michalak; her uncle Rick; her cousin Clint; and her uncle Ken.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CASA SHaW (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children of Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties).
