She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ahern and Dorothy Flanagan. She is survived by: her sister Mary Noel; her husband Dan; her daughters, Susan and Karen; her friend StageHouse; her brother Bill Ahern; her daughters, Sue Miller (Drew) and Laura Frederico (Vic); her grandchildren, Ethan, Annie, Jack, Celia, Trey and Troy; her niece Jenny (Rich); her nephew Jaime (Mallory); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bella, Richie, Jordan, Jillian and Dylan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williamsburg Square Club House (802 Marlborough Common, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Formal attire is not necessary, DENIM is encouraged (a tribute to Karen)!In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, which supports critical research and provides care to those affected by Alzheimer's disease.
