He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Calabrese and Madeline Calabrese (Castelli); and his wife Ramona (Purta). He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Calabrese (Susan) of Hillsborough, NJ and Marie Elaina Cieri (James) of Sharpsburg, GA; his brother Thomas Calabrese of Somerville, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Tatiana Gamboa, Joseph T., Isabella Calabrese, Sylvia Calabrese (Travis Royce), Xavier and Mackenzie Thorpe.
In lieu of flowers, Donations in Joseph's memory can be made to St. Jude or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
