He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Houlihan); his children, Linda and John; and his siblings, Caroline, Anthony Evangelista, Phillip (Connie), Mary McShane (Charles), Rachel Liccardi (Patsy), Elvira Shaughnessy (John), Concetta Anzelewicz (Eddie) and Frank (Barbara).
He is survived by: his children, Denise Puma (Carman) and Joe (Kathy); his grandchildren, Caitlin Falco, Cassandra, Nicholas Falco, Elizabeth, Roseanne DiMare and Angela Puma; and his great grandchildren, Braylon, Jaxson, Iylah and Jodi. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
