He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Cannon, Stanislawa Kosik and Jakub Kosik. He is survived by: his parents, Natyna Kosik and Kaz Kosik; his sister Juliana Kosik; his grandmother Louise Cannon; his aunt Andraya; his uncle Drew Parkhurst; and his cousins, Bennett and Avery Parkhurst.
In lieu of flowers, the Kosik family kindly requests donations be made to Evangel Chapel Bridgewater, to help the family.
