With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack E Simonik of Hillsborough, New Jersey, born in Donora, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John E. Simonik. He is survived by: his mother Bernice E. Simonik (Eileen A. Simonik); his siblings, Jim E. Simonik (Karen Mack) and Diane K. Simonik (Stephen Schemering); his children, Christy M. Thawley (Matthew), John E. Simonik and Matthew P. Simonik (Leah); and his grandchildren, Amelia, Simon Thawley, Peyton, Natalie, Juliette Simonik, Summer, Robert and Aiden Simonik.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made in Jack's name to the Gift of Life Family House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
