She was predeceased by: her brother Eugieniusz Kobus. She is survived by: her husband Jerzy Widerynski (George) of Hillsborough; her children, Maciej Widerynski (Bozena) of Ringwood, NJ and Kasia Sliwka (Piotr) of Wroclaw, Poland; and her grandchildren, Piotr, Jakub, Zosia and Jurek.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, http://www.chop.edu.
