He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Edith M. Bolt (Riddagh); his siblings, Dorothy Donovan, Bernice Wright, Donald, William and Paul; and his granddaughter Paige Anna Bolt Brennan.

He is survived by: his wife Anna (Galcik); his children, Jacqueline Smoyer (Stan), Terese Brennan (Dan) and John (Lisa); his grandchildren, Trey, Evan, Kyle Smoyer, Daniel, Luke Brennan, Courtney Smoyer, Amanda, Meghan Bolt and Emma Brennan; and his brother Frank Bolt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
