She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Sinko and James Sinko; and her siblings, John Nusbaum, Donald Nusbaum and Mary Lynch.
She is survived by: her husband Herman John; and her children, Cheryl Carrelli (Anthony), Donna Race, Steven Hauck (Lisa) and Beverly Broderick (Richard). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and eleven nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation in Dorothy's name be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
