He is survived by: his daughter Maureen Grotz (Jonathan); his granddaughter Emma; his brother Richard Bartholomew; his niece Lisa Bartholomew (Jeanette Bartholomew-Hospod); his grandchildren, Codey, Sierra and Eddie; his great grandchild Laura Bartholomew-Bradford; and also Michele Bartholomew-Brunner. He is also survived by his family and friends.
