He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniello Maresca and Helen Festa Maresca. He is survived by: his wife Carmela; his children, Geralyn (Joseph Marchiafava), Rose (Christopher Hayes) and Daniel G. Maresca; his grandchildren, Daniel (Katelyn), Angelina (Jonathan), Dominic (Rachel), Joseph (Taylor), Nicholas (Kassidy), Casey and Jessica; his great grandchildren, James, Abigail, Chase and Anthony; and his siblings, Rosemarie (Michael Cipparulo), Louis (Nancy Maresca) and Thomas (Andrea Maresca).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's children's' research hospital.
