He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Risher; his son-in-law Eddie Risher; his grandchildren, Kya, Miles and EJ Risher; his stepchildren, Caroline Kirkland and Michael Cain; his stepgrandchildren, Sidney Cain, Michelle Cain, Michael Cain Jr., Ebony Skinner and Anjee Cain; his siblings, Haywood "Woody" Miller and Shirley Simmons; his grandson-in-law Umar Childs (Jabari Ray); his niece Eitelle Ford; his nephew Ricky Jones; and his close friend Eloise "Pepper" Curry of Newark, NJ.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
