She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Finnegan; her son Timothy Finnegan (Jill); and her grandsons, Michael Finnegan and Kevin McLaughlin. She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Smaltino (Charlie), Richard Finnegan, Nancy Shelko (Dan), Thomas Finnegan (Susan), Susan Fisher (Al), Patricia McLaughlin (Michael), Michael Finnegan and Mark Finnegan (Brian). She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home (1360 Hamilton St, Somerset, NJ 08873). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthias Catholic Church (168 John F Kennedy Blvd, Somerset, NJ 08873). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (840 Cranbury - South River Rd, Jamesburg, NJ 08831).
