He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Cuoco and Angeline Cuoco; and his son Augustine R. Cuoco. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Cuoco of Hillsborough, NJ; his children, Christopher Cuoco of Hillsborough, NJ and Samantha Sladky of Hillsborough, NJ; his siblings, Roxanne Brzozowski (George) of Hillsborough, NJ and Richard Cuoco (Carol) of Hillsborough, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Olivia Cuoco and Christopher Cuoco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.

Due to Covid-19 Executive Orders in place by the Governor of New Jersey everyone must wear a mask and capacity is 35% for both the Funeral Home and the Church.
