He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth M. Rile (Bettie). He is survived by: his children, James, Elizabeth Rile of Highlands, NJ and Catherine McColgan (Mark) of Middletown, NJ.; his grandchildren, Courtney Rile (Mike Barletta) of Syracuse, NY, Devon Rile of Syracuse, NY, Becky and Dennis McColgan; and his great grandchild Wrynn Rile Barletta.
