She was predeceased by: her father Robert Scott Twigg of Little Silver. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Moran; her children, Scottie and Clancy; her mother Barbara Johnson Twigg of Red Bank; and her siblings, Jennifer Spagnuolo of Monmouth Beach, Lee Hoagland of Long Branch and Shawn Hoagland of Fair Haven. She is also survived by 5 nieces, 1 nephew, a bunch of aunts, uncles and first cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rachael's name to The Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care. The Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care's mission is to alleviate the overwhelming financial, emotional strains that cancer treatments place on families and goal is to help inspire the courage, strength and confidence that is needed to fight cancer.
