He is survived by: his wife Dawn Horniacek; his children, Patrick Horniacek (Heather), Diana Koerner (Dan Pollard) and Megan Canetti (Christian); his sisters, Julie Lutchko and Kathleen Johnson (Charles); and his grandchildren, Alanna, Landon, Layla, Harper, Holden and Lucas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home (115 Tindall Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
