He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Sinnott and Hollis Jackson Lowe; his spouse Clayton; his close friend Julie; his brothers, Speed Skiff and Lowe Blow; his friend Ann Clayton Lowe of Newburyport, MA; his children, Derek Thomas Lowe of Newington, CT and Kathryn Courtney Luck of Newburyport, MA; his brothers, Bruce David Lowe of Locust, NJ and Charles Lance Cunningham of Sea Bright, NJ; his grandchildren, James Cameron Luck, Hayden Jackson Luck, Ashton Noelani Lowe and Averly Halanamalie Lowe; and his brother Hyatt Cunningham. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
