She is survived by: her parent Catherine Reid; her husband Rene Thornton; her sister Kit Murawski; her brothers-in-law, Matt Murawski and Tom Farrow of Massachusetts; and also, Bernie Reid, Kathy Reid, Michael Reid and Maryanne Reid. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
