He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. "Casey" and Ann Marie Caizza; and his sister MaryAnn. He is survived by: his siblings, Mildred Marella of Toms River, Catherine Merker of Middletown, John of Highlands, Robert of Tinton Falls, William of Highlands, Richard of Union City, Joseph and Thomas of Atlantic Highlands; and his pet Gray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
