He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarissa Lewis Flint and Noel Leslie Flint. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his sister Clarissa; his children, David, Lisa and Courtney; his son-in-law Chris; his grandchildren, John, Scott, Sam, Evelyn and Beatrice; his granddaughter-in-law Selma; and his great grandchild Miles.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in John's name to World Central Kitchen, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or Doctors Without Borders which were all charities close to his heart.
