She was predeceased by: her brother Henry R. Rupp. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Addy Jr.; her nephews, Carl Rupp and Kurt Rupp; and her niece Kristen Deckert. She is also survived by great-grand nieces and nephews, and two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.
