She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Jablonski (Tworkowska); her former husbands, Harold John Apgar Sr. and James Shukry Ajamian; her significant other Robert Arzberger; her children, Mari Luster (Tom) of Washington, NJ, Jaynie Apgar of Whitehouse Station, NJ and Howard Apgar of Flemington, NJ; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Jablonski and Joan Jablonski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, Godchildren.
