He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell M. and Josephine (Kudla); his children, Daniel and Karen Hayes; and also, Arthur Charters of Lillian Mueller, Florence Rentowicz, Madelyn Cozze and Mary Lou Kowalski.
He is survived by: his grandfather Mitchell J. Makowicz; his wife Kitty (Kathleen); his son Mitchell J. Makowicz, Jr.; his wife Jacqueline; his grandchildren, Kristopher Hayes, Brian Hayes and Kelly Hayes; and also, Andrew and Carly.
