He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Crisafulli and Madeline Crisafulli (Centrella). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Blanchard; his daughter Julianna Crisafulli; his sister Connie Sanzone (Jerry); his nephew Gerald Sanzone (Toni); and his great-niece Nephew.
