She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Hopely and Marie Hopely; her husband John J. Dougherty; and her siblings, Nancy McCafferty, Marie Ward, Lorraine Ahearn and James Hopely, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John, Pat (Elaine), Joan (Anthony), Anne (Paul), Dennis, Monica (Steve), Lorraine (Dom), Theresa (Steve), Mary (Ray) and Tom (Kristen); her sister-in-law Joan Hopely; and her close friends, Marion Garton and Judy Haines. She is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Shrine - St. Luke (55 Warwick Rd, Stratford, NJ 08084). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
