He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn McHugh (Mahoney); his parent Sarah McHugh (Kilkenny); his children, James Patrick McHugh and Lynda Elizabeth McHugh of West Milford; his sister Catherine Higgins of Spark Hill, NY; his grandchildren, Heather Patire, Andrew Kus, Rebecca Kus, Noah Kus, Marc Fusco, Jonelle Fusco and Matthew Fusco; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Renee Patire and Jack Hayden Patire.
