Degroat (Hewitt, New Jersey), born in Warwick, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Dorothy Babcock (Gould) and Fred Babcock; her husband Robert DeGroat; her daughters, Diamond Harty of Hewitt, NJ., Kanesha DeGroat of Hewitt, NJ., Cherokee DeGroat of Monroe, NY. and Shyann DeGroat of Hewitt, NJ.; her granddaughters, Hailey Manley and Adalynn Parker; and her brother Fred Babcock of West Milford, NJ.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
