He is survived by: his parents, Paul Phibbs and Marie Phibbs of Monroe Township; his wife Dawn Phibbs; his children, Kristen Zak (Jeff) of Spotswood, Scott Phibbs (Lauren) of Spotswood and Keri Surowiec (Joseph) of Hamilton; his brothers, David Phibbs (Kymm) of Kintnersville, PA and Paul Phibbs (Cheryl) of Escondido, CA; and his grandchildren, AJ, SadieAnn Zak and Nora Phibbs. He is also survived by other extended family members including many nieces and nephews.
