It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Tkacs of Helmetta, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Margeret Tkacs (Palichak) of Perth Amboy, NJ; his wife Vera Tyluki of Red Bank, NJ; his siblings, Ann Bayer, Marie Flynn, Elizabeth Seeman, Henry Tkacs, Catherine Youngberg and Teresa Dickson; and his parents, John Francis Tkacs and Anna Tkacs (Melaga).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas G. Tkacs of Charleston, SC, Rita Egert (Tkacs) of Boise, ID, Claire Oravsky (Tkacs) of Billings, MT and Donna Tkacs of Helmetta, NJ; and his grandchildren, Joan Tkacs, Eric Oravsky and Neil Oravsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
