He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Katie Oxner and Kimberly Lyons; his stepson Chris Lyons; his siblings, Betty Anne, Charles (Anne), Herb (Donna) and Jack (Karen); and his grandson Derek Oxner. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
