He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto R. Decker and Helen Decker (Lengel); and his wife Carole Ann Decker. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Reingle (Robert) of Morganville, Joanne Decker and Tony of Olyphant, Pennsylvania; his brother Edward Decker (Joanne) of Piscataway; his granddaughters, Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez (Julio) of Dallas and Tricia Savino (Christopher) of Manalapan; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Cassidy, Chloe Savino and Jarrett Gonzalez. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
