Illions; her children, Greg Illions of Old Bridge and Lisa Forlenzo (Michael) of Hazlet; her sister Jane LaMonica of Staten Island; her grandchildren, Gila and Michael Forlenzo; and her stepchildren, Michael Illions (Kim) of Woodbridge and Donna Pizzulli (Michael) of Old Bridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Phyllis to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
