We bid farewell to Leonard Brugnola of Hazlet, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 14, 2025 at the age of 67. Leonard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Brugnola (Sicola); his parents-in-law, Nicholas and Mary Lucignano; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Reimer, Dolores Cascetta, Donald Reimer, Robert Besser, Anthony DiAmbrosio and John Cascetta.
He is survived by: his father Chris Brugnola; his wife Joyce Lucignano Brugnola; his children, Melissa Lynn Brugnola of Jackson, Dana Marie Brugnola of Hazlet and Christopher Leonard Brugnola (Erin Brugnola) of Baltimore; his sister Joanmarie Capodanno (Cappy); his grandson Nicholas Zaffarese; and his sisters-in-law, Josie Besser and Johanna DiAmbrosio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (3269 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Fair View Cemetery (456 NJ-35, Red Bank, NJ 07748).
