She is survived by: her husband Julius F. Frank; her parents, Joseph Halick and Susie Halick; her sons, Julius Frank of Hazlet and Kenneth Frank of Whitting; and her brother John Halick. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
