He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Untisz Sr. and Mary Untisz (Primaterra); and his wife Elizabeth Untisz (Alge). He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Sysak, John S. Untisz (Patricia), Stephen J. Untisz (Mary), Joseph Untisz (Ginny) and Michael F. Untisz (Ginnie); and his grandchildren, John, Matthew, Mark, Stephen, Angela, Jaclyn, Tamara and Jude. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
