She was predeceased by: her grandson Thomas Brennan O'Brien III; her brother Robert Clark; and her former husband Thomas B. O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Pfleger (Gregory), Pegeen O'Brien, Thomas B. O'Brien, Jr. (Federica) and Timothy O'Brien (Frances); and her sister Patricia Anne Brennan (Thomas). She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
