J; her daughter Tyra Pelt of Bear, DE; her son-in-law William Van Pelt of Bear, DE; her son Kurt D. Fouts (Susan) of Union Beach, N. J.; her wife Courtney Fouts of Spotswood, NJ; her siblings, George Watt and Patricia Watt; and also, Jessica Fouts (Brian Van Lenten) of Bear, DE and Melissa Fouts of Hazlet, NJ.
