She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ebner and Catherine Kloss; her daughter Kathy Rittweger; her sister Doris; and her brother-in-law Maurice Julian.

She is survived by: her husband Louis; her daughter Janet Rittweger-Burns (Patrick) of Barnegat, NJ.; her stepchildren, Josephine O'Rielly (Joe) of Florida and Wayne Sodano (Catherine) of Delaware; her nephew John Julian (Kathleen); her niece Donna Zaleski (Stanley); her great-nieces, Diana Cantone, Dawn Malinowski and Katie Oliver; and her great-nephew Brian Julian.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (3269 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations to Saint Johns Methodist Church located at 2000 Florence Ave, Hazlet, NJ 07730, in Jane's name would be very much appreciated.

“Dear Lou and Janet So many fond memories when I was growing up of visits to Aunt Jane's home in Union with Kathy & Janet and so many visits with all the Aunt's at Aunt Katie's. Aunt Jane was my mother's Maid of honor and she treasured the friendship they had through the years. As I get older I treasure the childhood memories that so many of us have shared.
