He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Bartlett; his daughter Alana Marie Allorto; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Hoefler. He is survived by: his spouse Lucy Jane Kovar; his children, Lynn Kovar, Gilbert "Bud" Kovar, Jr., Kathleen Hoefler of Jackson, NJ, William Kovar (Helen) of Marlton, NJ, Mary Ellen (Howard Mc Laughlin) of Hazlet, NJ, Gregory Kovar of Hazlet and Jennifer Reed (Kiera Zimmerman); and his siblings, Gladys Olson and Martin Jacobs. He is also survived by grandchildren; and three adored great grandchildren.
