He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smyth and Matilda Smyth; and his brothers, Albert and George. He is survived by: his wife Helen Smyth (Yurecko); his sons, Robert M. Smyth of Clinton and Kevin P. Smyth (Mary Beth Witkowski); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Dylan, Timothy and Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
