He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Grillo and Mae Grillo (Romano); his niece Jennifer Santanello; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Santanello and Deborah Licata.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Grillo (Licata); his son Thomas F. Grillo; his sister-in-law Margaret Lewis (Michael); his nephews, Philip Santanello and Matthew Santanello; his niece Rebecca Lewis; and his great-nephew Nicholas Santanello.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Frank to VNA of Central Jersey Home Care and Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
