He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Sisk and Anna Sisk; his wife May Sisk (Trezza); his son Patrick Sisk; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Sisk.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Sisk (Lourdes Gonzalez-Sisk) of Brick and Timothy Sisk (Laurie) of Alisa Viejo; his daughter-in-law Mary Jane Sisk; his siblings, Patricia Fischetti (Jake Garcia) and Richard Sisk; his grandchildren, Mary Gomes (Harold), Catherine Sisk (Scott Placke), Laura Olman (Robert), Christine Halla (Adam), Elizabeth Sisk, Cassandra Beck, Sabrina Beck, Jocelyn Sisk and Benjamin Sisk; and his great grandchildren, Jack, George, Caspian, Christian, Tristan, James, Matthew, Drew, Mariella, Rosalia and Daniel.
