He is survived by: his mother Irene "Renee" Shrum (Herrera); his children, Ashlee Shrum (Ralph) and David Shrum II (Jordan); his granddaughter Sienna; his sisters, Jodi-Ann Shrum (Jeff Borkland) and Charisma Majors (Rob); his nephew Robert Majors; and his stepgrandchildren, Adam, Leigh-Anne and Sara. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
