She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Devaney and Catherine Devaney (Clinton); her brothers, Richard and John Devaney; and her nephew Tyler Devaney.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Egan of Hazlet; her son Robert Egan Jr. of Hazlet; her sister Carol Rechten (Keith) of Union Beach; her nieces and nephews, Michelle Kenny, Michael Rechten and Brion Devaney; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia Kenny, Emma Kenny, Jules Rechten, Joey Kenny and Nate Rechten.
Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis, visitation and services will be held privately for the immediate family only. In respect of Catherine's wishes, she will be privately cremated.
