He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Velardo and Mena Velardo; his brother Michael Velardo (Joan); and his parents-in-law, Christine Cavalli and Basil Cavalli.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanne Velardo (Cavalli); his children, Arthur B. Velardo Jr. (Christina Ausmus) of Flemington and Christine Berni (Alan) of Hazlet; his grandchildren, Nicole Berni, Joseph Berni and Alessandro Velardo; his nephew Michael Velardo; his daughter-in-law Diane Velardo; and his cousins, Joseph Lombarde, Suzanne Lombarde and Bernadette McLoughlin. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members and friends.
