He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Francis and Marie Dellaquila (Chambers). He is survived by: his wife Gail Dellaquila (Manna); his children, Marie Welsh of Milltown, Anthony D. Dellaquila, Jr. of Long Beach, Tracey Olski (Michael) of Bayville and Brian Manna (Melissa) of Hazlet; his siblings, Frances Gaynor of California, Thomas Orabona (Mary Ellen) of New Jersey and Lucy Bacon (Charlie) of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Kristen Welsh (Nick Piazza), Xander Williams, Dylan Dellaquila, Isabella Dellaquila, Ashley Manna and Joseph Manna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
