He is survived by: his wife Michelle Guidice (Hasko); his daughter Michelle Nicole Guidice of Hazlet; his mother-in-law Theresa Pilot; his brother-in-law William Hasko Jr. (Maria); his nephews, Jason and Brian Hasko of Marlboro; his cousins, Tony Guidice (Gwen) of Hillsborough and Bobby Guidice (Arnab) of Parkland, FL.; and also, TJ and Max Guidice. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude in honor of Buddy.
